It’s still a work in progress, so I don’t have any final reveals yet. We’re getting new carpet installed sometime (hopefully) in the next week, and I’m still working on our new bed quilt. I’ve been on hiatus from that one, but I’ve gotten back to it this week.

This is one of those projects that’s been on my To Do list forever! Our door was so dirty and boring, it really needed a makeover. So this week, I gave it one.

This is still my favorite thing I ever painted. I did this in college, during my most prolific whirlwind year of painting. Later that year some stuff happened in the world and in my family, and I got pretty stalled after that and never again managed to paint like this. Someday I will.
