This project is coming right along. I got a good start on it last night.

I cut out the main calendar fabric and drew the calendar grid lines.

I also cut out and pieced together the top and bottom border pieces.

And then I sewed all the pieces of the top together.

This weekend I need to get some rubber stamps with numbers and letters, and I also need sew-on Velcro. But this project is coming along pretty quickly.

The main calendar fabric is from the Cake Rock Scissors line from Purl. The borders have “Dish” by Lizzy House fabrics, and I wish I could remember the names of the others. They were all fat quarters I bought a while back. This just reminds me that one of my resolutions should be to pay more attention to who makes the fabrics I buy.
