I’ve been on a break from blogging for a couple of weeks while I got ready for the holidays. And they’ve arrived! They came, they saw, they spread festive cheer all over the house! My in-laws just left this morning, and I’m looking around the house figuring out where we’re going to put everything.

She turns away from the camera, squeezes her eyes closed, runs away. I get it, kid. But this is a tradition, and we’re doing it. It’s not easy, but at least we have a pretty adorable small human to keep us entertained. And, we did get a great photo in the end.
We got a puppy! His name is Hamilton, and he’s a 10-month-old maltipoo. He is the sweetest, funniest, cutest, most relaxed dog we’ve ever met. Read more on Meet Hamilton!…
I’m back! It’s been crazy around here since Thanksgiving. Adam was out of town at a conference the week after Thanksgiving, and I was just busy getting everything done. Then literally the day he got home, H and I came down with the stomach flu, and we got a puppy. Adam spent 6 hours at a rest stop in northern New Jersey waiting for this rescue pup’s transport to arrive, while I was at home being sick and cleaning up after H being sick. So much fun.
