This past weekend I went to dinner with some fabulous Phi Mu ladies. We went to Ninety Acres in Peapack, NJ, a farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of Natirar park (formerly Natirar estate). It is seriously gorgeous, and the restaurant is in the carriage house of the old estate.
We did the chef’s table, an experience called Bring Me Food. He brings you a list of ingredients, you tell the chef whether you’re allergic to anything or would like wine paired with the ingredients.
Then magical, mysterious dishes start appearing at the table. Like this amazing cauliflower gratin covered in shaved truffle.
It was really, really delicious.
