We went to Baked, a bakery in Brooklyn, yesterday after meeting up with Adam’s stepmom and dad again before they headed back to England. We’ve been hearing a lot about this bakery. Adam remembered reading something about their salted caramel brownies, and I just read a post on Amy Atlas’s blog about their salted caramel cake. So, we were definitely making the detour over there.
I also ordered their cookbook.
And we took home lots of treats. Possibly the best chocolate cake ever, their Coca-Cola Bundt Cake. Brownies and cookies. And their salted caramel cupcakes, which fall apart when you eat them but are so good it’s kind of sinister. And we still have treats left for today.
