These are just bananas. I got this recipe from Sweet Fine Day, the blog for the Brooklyn baking company Whimsy + Spice. I first heard about them back when I was doing Friday Etsy posts, and I’ve been reading their blog regularly since. They submitted this recipe to Small Magazine a few months ago, and it is just awesome. This is the second time I’ve made them, and they take a little time to prepare but are very worth it. What Adam and I discovered is that we love them chilled really cold in the fridge. Ice cold, with a ginormous glass of milk. Heaven on a plate!
