Last night we had some friends over for dinner, so I made fajitas. Fajita Night is a regular occurrence at our house because it is really easy and a lot of fun. And, as we discovered last night, it’s great when you have guests coming over. It requires minimal time in the kitchen once guests have arrived.

Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of Fajita Night, which is a shame. I was having so much fun that it completely slipped my mind and I forgot all about my camera. But it is not a shame that I had such a good time.
