Yesterday was the April meeting, and I came away with so much inspiration from this group. Maybe I’ll actually snap out of my quilter’s block now. Such a great group of creative women.
Suzanne made this incredible quilt out of her grandfathers’ ties. I thought this was an awesome way to remember them.
This was a round robin that started with David’s window-like blocks. Andrea took this and added the half circle details above, and it’s just incredible.
Susan teaches workshops at City Quilters on true charm quilts.
I’m still learning everyone’s names (don’t hate me!), but I loved this one done in solids.
Karen’s Disappearing 9 patch. I’m dying to make a full size quilt with this method, I might have to try it now that I’ve seen hers.
I don’t actually remember who made these stars, but I love them.
Gorgeous, David’s work is incredible.
This actually inspired me to do something with the gorgeous Nigerian fabrics my mother-in-law gave me last November.
The daughter of our fearless leader, Victoria, is working on this super cute quilt.
Victoria’s incredible cloud-inspired quilt. Love it.
