I decided that these wonky stars will be a table runner. I finished piecing the top yesterday on my new sewing machine.

I love my new machine, I’m still getting used to a 1/4″ foot with no guide, though. It’s made me a little lazy when it comes to straight seams. But I just need more practice without one.

But I love this runner so far. It will be a miracle if I get it finished in time for V-Day, then I think I’ll leave it out the rest of the month.

I did get it sandwiched and pinned, though. So maybe it won’t be so crazy to finish it. I love the print from the Love Nest collection that I’m using for the back.
