I’ve finished all the quilting on this Christmas quilt, and I’ve made up the binding. So now I just need to bind this quilt, and it’s ready for the couch!

I love the pieced backing, I had this idea that it would basically be reversible. One side would be an ordered grid, and the other side would be festive mayhem. That’s my new band name, btw.

And this binding. A yummy candy cane stripe, I think it’ll look killer on this quilt when it’s all finished.

The quilting on the front is white thread, the back is red thread. Which shows all my glorious free motion mistakes, but this quilt is just for us around the house. Perfection is boring, that’s my life motto.
